Question: What is tvClickr?
Answer: tvClickr is the best and the biggest TV community app on Facebook, dedicated to providing you with great content on all your favorite TV shows around the clock. You can access tvClickr games and chat 24/7. See #2 for the specifics on all the great value you get from tvClickr.
Question: Is there a monthly fee to play tvClickr?
Answer: You can always access tvClickr with a Silver membership for FREE. There is a $1 (USD) membership fee to access tvClickr Gold. This membership fee supports the costs associated with creating and providing our premium TV content. See below for suggestions on how to cover the cost of your Gold membership!
Question: When is the Membership fee due?
Answer: If you wish to continue your Gold membership seamlessly, your membership renewal fee will be required the day your membership expires.
Question: Can I renew my tvClickr Gold membership during my free trial?
Answer: Yes. If you renew and still have outstanding days in your trial, your membership days will get added on to those days. For example, if you renew for a 30 day membership when you have 5 days left in your trial, you will have 35 days total.
Question: What is the difference between tvClickr Gold and Silver?
Answer: Gold tvClickr members get unlimited trivia play and showtime showdown access to ALL shows in addition to the best content and support. Silver members get limited access to trivia and for select shows only.
Question: How do I get a Gold membership?
Answer: It’s so easy! First navigate to the Your Account button located at the top right of your screen. This is where you can complete an offer or get coins coins to then cover your membership. If you complete an offer you will not be required to convert coins to a membership, it will be done for you. You can go about getting coins by:
1) Paying directly via credit card, PayPal, etc.

2) Going the free route and either:

Question: I am skeptical about offers, what is so different about tvClickr's offers?
Answer: They are a quick and easy way to get Gold membership and/or coins. These are not like other offers that trap you into layers upon layers of other offers. They have been handpicked by tvClickr as ones that provide actual value and are not scams.
Question: How soon can I expect to get my Gold membership/coins after completing an offer?
Answer: Gold membership days/coins may take up to 24 hours before they reach your account.
Question: I haven't received my Gold membership or my coins and it's been 24 hours since I completed the offer to get them, who do I contact?
Answer: First make sure that you have met all requirements of the offer. If you are still concerned about the status of your coins or an offer being fulfilled, please be sure to note the offer name and any pending requirements (for example: awaiting a confirmation email) in your email to feedback@tvclickr.com.
Question: I completed an offer but didn't get an additional Gold day.
Answer: Please note that the promotion to receive an instant, free Gold day is only available to Silver players. If you are a Silver player that did not receive your instant Gold day for trying an offer, first make sure that you have met all requirements of the offer. If you are still concerned about the status of your coins or an offer being fulfilled, please be sure to note the offer name and any pending requirements (for example: awaiting a confirmation email) in your email to feedback@tvclickr.com.
Question: What does the 'tvClickr favorite' icon beside some of the offers mean?
Answer: The offers tagged with this icon are the quickest and easiest to complete.
Question: What are coins?
Answer: Clickr Coins are the tvClickr currency. You use them to purchase the few things in the application that come with a cost; your membership and Lifelines.
Question: I've paid for coins directly (with 'real world' currency rather than by completing an offer) and have not yet received them. What can I do?
Answer: If you are concerned about the status of your coins when you have paid for them with 'real world' currency, contact feedback@tvclickr.com
Question: If I choose to go the route of completing a No Purchase Necessary request, how soon can I expect to get my coins?

Question: I'm still waiting on coins for offers I completed prior to June 11th... where are they?
Answer: In tvClickr's efforts to provide safer, more reliable offers we had to let go of the previous offer system and as such we cannot guarantee that your previous offers will be fulfilled. We apologize for this inconvenience.
Question: What is the conversion rate of one coin?
Answer: One coin costs one penny (USD)
Question: What can I do with coins?
Answer: As mentioned in #2 you can apply them to cover your membership cost or purchase Lifelines.
Question: How much do Lifelines cost?
Answer: If you are looking to buy only one Lifeline the cost is 5 coins. If you are looking to buy more, the cost decreases.
Question: What are challenges? How do they work?
Answer: Challenges are a new way we hope to spark some competition and fun in game play with your friends on tvClickr. Once you play a trivia game, we provide you with a chance to send an invite to a friend to play the very same game you just did. If they do, they'll have a chance to see your score and try to beat it! Then, afterwards, you'll receive a notification telling you how they did. It can be an ongoing battle to see who the real show-expert is.

Question: What are Lifelines?
Answer: Lifelines give insight on the right answer so you can come out with the win in a trivia game challenge against your friend OR help your team to get the point they need to win the Showtime Showdown game. There are three types:

Question: How do I change the shows to play with a new show?
Answer: Click the Change Shows button at the top of the screen.
Question: I’ve noticed there are a lot of different game types available to play – how do they work?
Answer: They are all a bit different so read the descriptions below (or before you start each game) to learn more.
Question: I noticed that there is a chance to pick up Clickr Coins when I send challenges. How does that work?
Answer: Each trivia game that you challenge friends to will earn you one Clickr Coin.
Question: What does the Top Show section identify?
Answer: This section lets you know which shows have Showtime Showdown today.
Question: What is cause for being banned from tvClickr chat?
Answer: Chatting with others in tvClickr is a fun part of the game, so keep it just that, fun and clean!
These behaviors will not be tolerated in chat:
For cases 1, 2 and 3 a warning will be provided by the tvClickr operator in chat to the player. If that warning is unheeded by the player then they will be banned from chat for 7 days. If a player continues to be discourteous they will receive up to 3 warnings that each include a 7 day ban before they are permanently banned from chat in tvClickr. For case 4 there is zero tolerance and players will be permanently banned.
Question: I am having problems running tvClickr on my computer, what can I do?
